This kit review has two aspects: first, it evaluates the kit as it would be built straight from the box; second, the conversion to represent SAS Emily Hobhouse of the South African Navy.

Kit Daphne Class Submarine

Manufacturer Heller (ref. 1073)

Scale 1/400

Parts 31

Straight from the Box Review

The kit depicts the French Daphne class submarines, built between 1964 and 1970, in French service, with the original humped bow, or alternatively with a straighter bow but with a distinctive raised sonar dome just above the bow.
