"More than Game" - H. Potgieter. The final comprehensive volume on the SAAF, by this renowned photographer, with the modern SAAF as it's main focus. This book feature all the modern types in service with the SAAF, like the Cheetah, Boeing 707, Oryx, Rooivalk etc. Also feature a bit of Sqdn history, Sqdn badges and some interviews with pilots. In terms of aerial photography, this book illustrates why the late Herman Potgieter was regarded as one of the world's leading aerial photographers. It is now out of print.

The photos illustrate typical conditions of the Korean theatre of operations. This is an excellent reference for modellers of this period. The SAAF's Mustang and Sabre are covered in detail. Photos illustrate typical aircraft configurations as used by the SAAF. Some info is included on all crew members that served in 2 Sqdn during the Korean period. Very well illustrated drawings by Dave Cooke on both the Mustang and Sabre, are included. A comprehensive account, illustrated with numerous photos, of 2 Sqdn's operations during the Korean War. Also a few personal accounts by members that served in Korea, are included."2 Squadron in Korea" is more a photo account of the war, while this book document the various operations etc. A very interesting read. Out of print.

Featuring numerous personal accounts of members from the SAAF, while on operations throughout all the theatres, that the SAAF served. All written in short story format. Theatres include WWII Europe, WWII North Africa, Border War etc. A very interesting read. Out of print.

An essential book for the SAAF modeller, as this book illustrates the various aircraft types under operational conditions. Focus is on the period from WWII until the Border War, as a pictorial with 875 photos. In all an exceptional effort to record the SAAF's history under operational conditions.
