Page 1 of 5 Rotary International prides itself as the bridge and or facilitator between the community and the business or industrial sector. This volunteer organisation with branches throughout the world identifies a need within the community and with the aid of charities and volunteer work set itself the goal of providing the identified need to the community.
During the initial planning stage between the Rotary Chapter of Kroonstad and Brian Emmenis of Capital Sounds it was decided to do away with the usual air show routine. Instead the format would be a fly-inn with an air carnival BUT showcasing aviation as it benefits the community. Aviation as it is working for the community in agriculture, Police safety & security tasks, medical rescue, recreational flying, maritime patrol, stolen vehicle recovery, wild life conservation etc. |
