1/72nd Scale Hasegawa P51B Mustang MkIII

Authors completed model of a SAAF Mustang MkIII

This model was built straight out the box using the Hasegawa P51B kit. I painted her in the American equivalents of the RAF colours of Dark Green, Ocean Grey and Medium Sea Gray underside. The code letters were sourced from a Microscale sheet of USAF white codes and the serial number came from Modeldecal stock. The National markings came from the Ken Smy's SAAF markings no 4.
